Where can I find my referral link?
You can see your referral link in the Kinguin UP Affiliate panel at the top or in Promotion > Banners & Links tab.
Where can I check my sales and clicks statistics?
You can view your statistics in the Reports tab in your panel. Checking your statistics should allow you to adjust your strategy and focus on the most profitable methods.
How can I withdraw my Commission?
First, you have to set your Payment Details on your profile: go to the My profile tab. Once your details are set, you can withdraw your earnings using the Request Payment button. Go to Reports > Payouts and click the button. The minimal payout amount is 30€, and funds are sent via PayPal.
When will my Commission become available for payout?
You will be able to withdraw your funds only for completed orders thanks to your promotion (if there are no issues with the sold product). Please bear in mind that the timer starts when the order’s status is set to complete, not when the order is placed by the referral user.
When will I get my payout?
We are aware you value transparency. That’s why we are offering weekly payouts, processed at the end of the week upon your request. In practice, it shouldn't take more than 7-14 days.
Do buyers have to click on my link every time? Will I get the commission if they don’t?
No, they do not have to click on your link every time. The program is based on browser cookies. The cookie lifetime is 30 days. There is no need for them to click the link again before that time – you will get the commission automatically when they complete an order!
Can I get my own discount code or banner? One with my nickname included, for example?
Sure! Every affiliate may request a personalized discount code. However, no matter how great such codes are, remember that customers still have to use your link. Otherwise, your profit will not be recorded.
