April's Gaming Lineup: The Best Games to Play This Spring

Here we are again with another round of the hottest gaming releases! We've got our eyes peeled on the trends and want to highlight some titles that are looking real good. And when it comes to early spring, let us tell you, we've got a lot to talk about.

“To the Moon and Back”, Explore “Europe” by Helder Pinto 

Who hasn't wanted to escape to space for a while? Maybe to the moon? Any particular one? Maybe Europa, Jupiter's moon, which is rich in extraordinary vegetation and considered a terraformed paradise, sounds like the place for you? If so, meet Zee, an android who embarks on an expedition to find answers to many burning questions. The game Europa on PS5, PC, and XSX/S offers immersive third-person gameplay with stunning visuals. The game is directed by Helder Pinto, known for his work on Overwatch at Blizzard. By creating Europa, he fulfilled his longtime dream. Players will have the opportunity to explore Jupiter's moon, fly, discover mysterious ruins, and search for clues leading to the story of the last living human. Europa - releasing April 16, 2024 on PS5, PC, and XSX/S.

No Rest for the Wicked - No need for a fancy subtitle, this already sounds EPIC!

Spring's sprung, and it's high time to grab an epic game! Moon Studios, the folks behind those awesome Ori adventures, just dropped a dark and awesome RPG called No Rest For The Wicked! Get ready to throw down on PS5, PC, and XSX/S against a nasty plague that's messing up the land of Isola Sacra. Cerim's our hero, and he's got the mythical power of holy warriors on his side. You gotta use that to stop this evil mess! So how's he gonna do it? Cerim can unleash some holy warrior power, giving him a fighting chance against those overwhelming enemy hordes. Isola Sacra's got secrets coming out its wazoo. Gear up, level up your character - all that good stuff. Remember to chill! Build your own sweet estate and chill for a bit! Maybe you wanna catch a fish? Catch your fishing pole! No Rest For The Wicked also lets you team up with three buddies in multiplayer to take down the plague together. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Arcade: Wrath of the Mutants

Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael and Michelangelo are back to kick some... you know what! GameMill Entertainment, along with their pals at Cradle Games and Raw Thrills, are bringing back the Turtles in a brand new game based on the totally awesome 2012 Nickelodeon cartoon! Get ready for an epic arcade throwdown on PS5, PC, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch! You'll totally dominate new levels and face off against 6 bodacious new bosses. Plus, you ain't just limited to the Turtles - you can also shred as Metalhead, Leatherhead, or even the villainous Bebop! The voice acting is totally legit, all the lines have been recorded live during gameplay for maximum awesomeness!

The legendary Dragon Ball creator isn't just behind the epic tale of dragon adventures and Saiyans - he also cooked up the manga Sand Land! And get this, gamers: we're gonna get to pay tribute to the late author in a big way. Alert! Sand Land's getting the video game adaptation! Desert adventure awaits on PS5, PC, and Xbox Series! But what dangers lurk in the sand? Danger, danger, and more danger! Your mission is to reach the source, and with your help and some creative thinking, Belzebub (the main character) will be able to build some  rides to help you get there. Wanna blow stuff up and level up your character? Sand Land's got you covered. Anime, manga, and especially Akira Toriyama fans? Mark your calendars! Sand Land explodes onto PS5, Xbox Series, PS4, and PC on April 26th! Get ready for epic adventures - you won't wanna miss this!

Polish developers return with another game : Manor Lords

Polish game devs are back! Slavic Magic is bringing us Manor Lords, a new game hitting PS5, PC, and XSX/S. Manor Lords throws you into the heart of the Middle Ages. City-building, economic mastery, weather survival, and epic battles – conquer it all in the pursuit of dominance and security! This will be a significant challenge. You'll need serious management skills to succeed. But hey, after conquering this game, you can totally add "Medieval Mastermind" to your resume! As the creator himself says, “I focus on the sandbox gameplay, a predictable game quickly becomes repetitive…” The hype is real! Over 2 million players can't wait to get their hands on Manor Lords. Stellar Blade as the next RPG in spring!

Get ready to binge another RPG that'll have you glued to your screen! Sony Interactive Entertainment just spotted a game-changer and snatched it up. Stellar Blade is blasting onto PS5 first, with a PC port coming later. Feeling those God of War or Devil May Cry 5 vibes? You're right – the devs drew inspiration from those epic titles. Brace yourself for a post-apocalyptic! You'll be Eve, a fierce warrior battling mysterious creatures called "NA:tives" who stomped humanity flat. Guess who's left to pick up the pieces? You are! Don't worry, you're not going in empty-handed! You'll have some killer combos to unleash on those nasty NA:tives. Save the date! April 26th is when Stellar Blade explodes onto PS5!

Only a matter of time… Braid Anniversary Edition incoming!

Xbox 360 gamers, remember 2008? That's when a mind-bending puzzle game first warped our realities! Was it a hit? You betcha! 16 years later, we're blessed with a refreshed edition. Braid Anniversary Edition has been given a major makeover by Jonathan Blow, and the indie studio Thekla. No matter your platform, get hyped! This game will be available on PS5, PC, Xbox Series X/S, and Switch! Looks like it's time for another princess rescue mission, Tim! Luckily, this time you'll have some jaw-dropping visuals and killer audio to keep you company as you explore those fantastical worlds. David Hellman hand-painted the locations, giving you eye-popping 4k resolution and smooth character animation. If you're feeling nostalgic, you can switch to the classic visuals in the options.
